Account Executive (Postgres)

What you will do

• Research the market, identify high-value enterprise opportunities, and execute territory plans for net-new revenue.
• Develop tailored sales strategies and pitches for C-suite decision-makers.
• Manage complete enterprise sales cycles from outbound prospecting through contract closure.
• Track pipeline metrics, analyze performance, and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients in partnership with legal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, including strategic B2B prospecting, long sales cycles, and complex deal closure.
• Advanced skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and outbound account hunting.
• Ability to analyze prospect pain points and create customized, value-driven messaging.
• Proven quota attainment and year-over-year revenue expansion.
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, contract terms, risk mitigation, and commercial negotiations.
