Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/year + Overtime + Stock Options

What you will do

• Install and service poles, solar panels, batteries, and LPR cameras with PTZ technology across diverse sites.
• Perform a 50/50 split between new infrastructure installations and ongoing system maintenance.
• Operate ladders and bucket trucks to work safely at heights of up to 30 feet on public and private roadways.
• Drive company vehicles and tow small trailers to transport equipment to field locations.
• Conduct site surveys and interpret traffic control plans and permit drawings to determine compliant installation points.
• Track inventory and submit installation updates via the Flock Field mobile app.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
• Experience in construction, electrical work, or low-voltage wiring preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and using various power and hand tools.
• Commitment to 50% travel (typically 1–2 weeks per month).
