What you will do

• Own and execute the US events calendar, covering everything from planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Design high-impact event experiences, including booths, hosted dinners, and roundtables.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to drive pre-event outreach and post-event lead activation.
• Manage all logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure flawless execution.
• Capture and activate event content, including customer stories and social proof, for broader marketing use.
• Track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI across all activation activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and measurable results through marketing activities.
• Experience implementing account-based marketing (ABM) or targeted campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Confidence in collaborating with commercial teams to align on revenue goals.
• Location: Must be based in the US (Boston team context)
