What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of the global event portfolio, including industry trade shows and proprietary programs.
• Own the end-to-end experience for 1st party events such as Customer Advisory Boards, User Conferences, and Employee Kick-offs.
• Develop creative concepts tailored to specific personas including Developers, Architects, and CTOs.
• Direct a global network of vendors and boutique agencies to ensure high-quality asset production.
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Ops to set performance targets and quantify ROI and pipeline influence.
• Act as a brand ambassador on-site, engaging prospects and facilitating introductions to technical and sales teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in tech event management, covering both trade shows and proprietary events.
• Proven ability to track funnel impact and analyze ROI to guide budget investments.
• High agency and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and processes for managing concurrent global events.
• Willingness to travel globally (30-40%) to lead events on the ground.
• Ability to quickly master technical product value propositions.
