• Write sharp, distinctive copy for paid social channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok), video scripts, and landing pages.
• Develop and optimize performance creative based on data insights to drive measurable conversion lift.
• Utilize AI tools as a force multiplier to increase output volume while maintaining high craft quality.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex value propositions into persuasive narratives.
• Rapidly test and iterate messaging based on platform-native behavior and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier advertising agencies, studios, or high-growth brands.
• Proven track record in both conceptual campaigns and high-volume performance marketing.
• Proficiency as a power user of AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems) for creative automation.
• Ability to produce high volumes of quality work under tight timelines.
• Location: Must be based in the USA.
