What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the tool install facility planning program.
- Manage external Architectural and Engineering (AE) supplier teams, overseeing budgets, resourcing, and performance.
- Perform facility gap analysis and capacity database administration for semiconductor equipment.
- Resolve technical engineering problems related to facility capacity constraints and drive schedule integration.
- Collaborate with industrial engineering and facility system owners to optimize tool locations and minimize scope.
- Drive the introduction of AI platforms to improve project schedules and achieve cost savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of design experience in the construction industry, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience.
- Must be based in the US (Arizona, Oregon, or New Mexico).
- Deep understanding of facility systems and manufacturing equipment requirements.
- Strong ability to influence in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of semiconductor tool installation business processes.
- Experience using database analytics to generate insights and drive decisions.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction contract documents, Schematics, and BIM.
- Experience performing cost analysis of engineering options and partnering with construction trades.
