Salary: $122,000 – $163,000

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations, ensuring performance of all MEP systems.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Engage with colocation vendors to enforce SLAs and ensure reliability.
• Act as a primary technical resource during incident response and resolution.
• Translate hands-on experience into operational excellence to support rapid scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in critical facility operations, specifically managing data centers.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP infrastructure, including electrical distribution, cooling, and BMS/EPMS.
• Experience writing and reviewing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents for critical incidents.
• Proficiency in analyzing redundancy configurations (N, N+1, 2N) and identifying operational risks.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes: NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center design or commissioning (Cx) of critical facilities.
• Experience managing maintenance via a CMMS.
• History of managing the insourcing or outsourcing of maintenance tasks.
