What you will do

• Lead and facilitate schematic, layout, and mechanical design reviews for vendor-developed hardware interfaces.
• Validate simulation results to ensure signal integrity, mechanical constraints, and manufacturability.
• Define and maintain technical standards for DIB design, including layout rules and signal routing.
• Mentor field engineers and internal stakeholders on best practices for reviewing vendor designs.
• Manage shared templates and documentation frameworks to ensure consistency across vendors.
• Contribute to the DIB technology roadmap and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in high-speed PCB/DIB design, SI/PI.
• Expertise in stack-ups, loss/crosstalk budgets, return-path control, and PDN target-Z.
• Fluency in EDA & simulation tools: Allegro/OrCAD or Xpedition; Sigrity/HyperLynx.
• Experience with UltraFlexplus and hirify.global hardware interfaces design.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
