What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Public Sector & Healthcare lifecycle, overseeing strategy, planning, and execution to drive MAU growth.
• Foster strategic relationships and onboard accounts to ensure successful cross-functional deployment of hirify.global.
• Establish deep connections with the Public Sector community to identify user needs and emerging trends.
• Iterate on lifecycle strategies based on data analysis to improve retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer transformation strategies.
• Utilize usage patterns and data to inform future product and marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience within the Government and/or Healthcare markets.
• Proven sales expertise in government software solutions.
• Deep understanding of how government institutions roll out and implement new technologies.
• Strong business planning and project implementation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and tell compelling stories to customers.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French (highly valued for Canadian market expansion).
• Experience in community management and audience education tactics.
