What you will do

• Lead growth and relationship strategies for federal healthcare agencies like HHS, NIH, CMS, CDC, and FDA.
• Identify and qualify opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline aligned with agency priorities.
• Develop long-term account planning and positioning strategies tailored to agency missions and budgets.
• Collaborate with capture and technical teams to shape competitive solutions and win strategies.
• Manage strategic partnerships with large primes and niche health IT firms.
• Represent the company at senior-level customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in federal account management or business development within HHS, NIH, CMS, CDC, or FDA.
• Deep understanding of federal procurement, acquisition strategies, and contract vehicles.
• Proven track record of building relationships with senior government stakeholders.
• Ability to influence customer requirements and contribute to capture/proposal efforts.
• Must reside within the continental US and be able to undergo background checks and fingerprinting.

Nice to have

• Experience with health data interoperability, EHR modernization, or public health systems.
• Previous experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance.
• Certifications in capture management or federal business development.
