Salary: $261,000 – $335,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new advertising opportunities.
  • Own and achieve defined revenue targets within assigned territories or verticals.
  • Develop structured account plans to optimize advertiser ROI and drive long-term growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior-level advertising decision-makers.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and build data-driven business cases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Policy teams to support complex deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy/consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing executives and clients.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to build structured business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
