What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads, managing budgets, bidding, and keyword refinement
- Lead non-brand category expansion for key use cases like CRM, project management, and workflow automation, from planning to optimization
- Analyze performance, deliver weekly updates and testing briefs, recommend improvements in spend, bidding, keywords, targeting, and landing pages
- Execute structured experiments, document learnings, and drive continuous improvement in paid search performance
Requirements
- Deep SEM expertise: 4+ years hands-on paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads, building and managing campaigns in-platform
- Technically fluent: Experience with conversion tracking, value-based bidding, smart bidding strategies; ability to fix data issues
- PLG/self-serve experience in product-led organizations, optimizing for product sign-up quality
- Builder and AI-centric mindset to leverage AI for analysis, ad copy, and insights; thrive in ambiguity
- Analytical and hypothesis-driven: Pull insights from complex datasets using tools like Looker, track experiment impact
- Strong communicator and detail-oriented: Manage multiple campaigns, surface updates, build relationships
