What you will do

• Lead and develop the Industrial Engineering team to identify constraints and reduce operational losses.
• Analyze plant staffing and optimize labor utilization through efficiency studies and workforce planning.
• Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, routings, and work center assignments.
• Support capital projects with data-driven analysis and coordinate layout changes for operational effectiveness.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support data requests and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on industrial engineering.
• Experience developing engineered standards using MOST and time study methodologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
