What you will do

• Analyze complex business data to identify risks and opportunities for manufacturing operations.
• Drive long-range capacity strategy by integrating product roadmaps and factory capabilities.
• Forecast build plans and contribute to facility designs to meet business requirements.
• Partner with supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders to execute capital and layout strategies.
• Utilize advanced data analysis to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Optimize production capacity models and spatial layouts to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in factory capacity or capital planning.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or financial systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing or advanced packaging facilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience with semiconductor fab or assembly/test toolsets.
• Experience developing and validating analytical models.
