What you will do

• Own the technical execution of RevOps blueprints within Salesforce to make high-level architecture a reality.
• Ensure flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting systems.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently within an agency environment.
• Optimize and maintain the modern RevOps stack, including LeanData, Gong, and Outreach/Salesloft.
• Collaborate with the Director of RevOps to translate strategic pitches into functional technical setups.

Requirements

• Must permanently reside in Canada and have current work authorization.
• 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration and Strategy experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).
• Experience with LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy.
