What you will do

• Develop and implement AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.
• Apply prompt engineering and RAG techniques, work with vector databases like ChromaDB and Pinecone for context optimization and model routing.
• Ensure LLM observability and adherence to AI governance standards.
• Lead Agile teams through project lifecycles from conception to deployment, enforcing best practices.
• Manage CI/CD processes, including logging, tracing, and monitoring for infrastructure observability.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce design patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders to align goals.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong experience in software development and proven track record delivering AI-driven products in production.
• AI tools: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, NLP, deep learning.
• Cloud platforms: AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2).
• Programming: Python, Java, or C#; backend: Flask or Spring Boot.
• Jira, Git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, design patterns, code reviews.
