What you will do

• Develop and manage AI/ML pipelines using LLMs, focusing on model selection, configuration, and data retrieval.
• Create advanced prompts and set up RAG-oriented data sources for efficient information retrieval.
• Implement and refine OCR solutions to automate the analysis and validation of business documents.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize prompts, pipelines, and model configurations.
• Collaborate with backend and LLM engineers to solve complex implementation challenges and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building ML pipelines.
• Expertise in Python and its ecosystem.
• Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and open-source models (Llama, Mistral).
• Familiarity with RAG tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ragas, or MLflow.
• Knowledge of quality evaluation metrics and A/B testing for ML models.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be able to work within time zones GMT-2 to GMT+5.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering business-critical ML/AI-powered applications.
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source models in private clouds or on-premise environments.
• Personal portfolio of ML projects or contributions to open-source tools.
