What you will do

• Design and develop LLM-based intelligent agents for complex market research queries.
• Utilize LangGraph and similar frameworks to build AI agents integrating tools and data sources.
• Implement integrations for agents to perform automated actions, streamlining user workflows.
• Collaborate with product, data, and UX teams to align AI solutions with user needs and business goals.
• Evaluate and improve AI model performance for high-quality, data-driven results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks for AI agents.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architectures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating external data sources.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI Agents ecosystem, LLM providers, vector stores, and MCPs.
• Experience evaluating LLM performance and quality.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS.
