What you will do

• Develop and implement innovative agentic AI solutions across a wide range of applications.
• Prototype and create deep technological demos to drive research in new areas.
• Consult internal and external clients on AI technologies and strategic trends.
• Coordinate and run presentations of work at external events, conferences, and meetups.
• Support business development efforts through research, marketing, and presales activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in generative or agentic AI and deep learning.
• Strong expertise in building and optimizing AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++, Java, or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or RAG.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought reasoning.
• Experience with Python backend frameworks like FastAPI for building scalable APIs.
