What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategy and architecture across product, revenue, and corporate systems.
• Design and govern AI solutions for full customer lifecycle including marketing, sales, quoting, billing, and customer success.
• Architect Generative AI, agent-based systems, RAG, and automation in production SaaS platforms using LLM platforms and agent frameworks.
• Own enterprise architecture for CRM, HR, IT Service Management, and operational systems, rapidly learning new technologies.
• Lead architecture governance, review vendor designs, conduct gap assessments, and shape solution roadmaps.
• Implement orchestration with Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangGraph, CrewAI, and LangChain.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture in B2B SaaS or large-scale tech organizations
• Proven experience designing and running production AI systems, including Generative AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
• Strong experience across B2B SaaS customer/revenue lifecycles (marketing, sales, quoting, billing, etc.) and HR/corporate tech domains
• Proficiency in Python for backend services, APIs, containerized workloads; hands-on with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Experience with Microsoft AI platforms like Azure Foundry and Copilot agents (must); secure, scalable multi-tenant architectures
• Strong enterprise security, data privacy knowledge; ability to lead large-scale transformations
