What you will do

• Analyze and prioritize training needs to develop course outlines and behavioral objectives.
• Design and develop course content, including storyboards and interaction models for simulations.
• Write scripts for audio/video presentations and scenarios for soft-skills training.
• Create 508-accessible eLearning content with high usability and branching models for multi-outcome modules.
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and review training modules.
• Collaborate with client staff on instructional design issues and methodology.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Woodlawn, MD
• 8+ years of experience in eLearning Instructional Design or a related field.
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline.
• Proven experience in developing course outlines, objectives, and script scenarios for training.
