What you will do
- Partner with sales teams to lead discovery conversations and identify district instructional and data challenges.
- Design narrative-driven solution demonstrations connecting curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
- Translate complex educational initiatives into clear solution frameworks aligned with student outcomes.
- Map district needs to provide scalable, implementation-ready recommendations for curriculum gaps.
- Gather field insights to influence the product roadmap and improve solution design.
- Develop reusable assets such as demo frameworks and discovery tools to support sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, including curriculum, instruction, or academic leadership.
- Strong understanding of instructional practices and their connection to measurable student outcomes.
- Experience with curriculum design and implementation of standards-aligned educational content.
- Ability to translate complex educational challenges into compelling solution narratives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing, consultative environments.
- Must be based in the United States

- Experience with instructional differentiation and content-rich learning strategies.
- Experience with assessment integration.
