What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to lead discovery conversations and identify district instructional and data challenges.
• Design narrative-driven solution demonstrations connecting curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Translate complex educational initiatives into clear solution frameworks aligned with student outcomes.
• Map district needs to provide scalable, implementation-ready recommendations for curriculum gaps.
• Gather field insights to influence the product roadmap and improve solution design.
• Develop reusable assets such as demo frameworks and discovery tools to support sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in K-12 education, including curriculum, instruction, or academic leadership.
• Strong understanding of instructional practices and their connection to measurable student outcomes.
• Experience with curriculum design and implementation of standards-aligned educational content.
• Ability to translate complex educational challenges into compelling solution narratives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing, consultative environments.
• Must be based in the United States
