TL;DR

Senior Manager, Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading and coaching the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in North America to generate and qualify new leads with an accent on lead generation optimization and pipeline management. Focus on mentoring SDRs to hit KPI targets, improving cold calling practices, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with Account Executives.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $155,000 – $165,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the SDR team in the North America region to drive growth.
  • Provide continuous training on cold calling best practices and pipeline management.
  • Ensure the team consistently reaches monthly KPI targets through strong management processes.
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize tools and databases for maximum success.
  • Handle escalated calls and provide real-time support for SDR questions.
  • Execute special projects and provide performance reporting to upper management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading a Sales Development team or in a similar leadership position.
  • Must be based in the United States (Remote US).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to recognize patterns in performance statistics.
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in communication.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
