Location: Hybrid, Central London office

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 basic + £17,000 OTE (uncapped)

What you will do

  • Engage with established verticals and explore innovative markets to drive short, medium, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Source, qualify, and nurture prospects at the top of the sales funnel via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and execute autonomy-driven campaign plans for specific verticals in collaboration with the BD Lead and marketing team.
  • Conduct full discovery calls to qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Attend industry events to meet prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and track all prospect information accurately within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role specifically within the Cybersecurity domain.
  • Proven experience and comfort with cold calling and emailing to grow a sales pipeline.
  • Proactive self-starter mindset, target-driven, and comfortable in a competitive environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally to generate prospect interest.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward feedback and professional growth.
  • Must be able to work from the Central London office on a hybrid basis.
