Salary: $271,000 – $319,000

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of 4 Front Line Managers and over 30 Sales Development Reps.
- Drive pipeline generation and new business acquisition across the Upmarket segment (500-5000 employees).
- Define forward-looking SDR strategies and identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and productivity.
- Partner with senior sales management and marketing to develop a successful GTM strategy.
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline generation goals.
- Mentor and advance the careers of managers and individual contributors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in prospecting processes within high-velocity organizations.
- Mastery of coaching using value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message).
- Rigorous command of business metrics and consistent forecasting reliability.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills and ability to leverage GTM resources.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco or New York office 3 days per week.
- Willingness to use AI to amplify skills and improve work efficiency.
