TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of 4 Front Line Managers and over 30 Sales Development Reps.
  • Drive pipeline generation and new business acquisition across the Upmarket segment (500-5000 employees).
  • Define forward-looking SDR strategies and identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Partner with senior sales management and marketing to develop a successful GTM strategy.
  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline generation goals.
  • Mentor and advance the careers of managers and individual contributors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in prospecting processes within high-velocity organizations.
  • Mastery of coaching using value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message).
  • Rigorous command of business metrics and consistent forecasting reliability.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and ability to leverage GTM resources.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the San Francisco or New York office 3 days per week.
  • Willingness to use AI to amplify skills and improve work efficiency.
