Junior Project Manager

TL;DR

Junior Project Manager (Renewables/Energy): Support execution of energy infrastructure EPC and equipment supply projects with an accent on coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. What you will do

• Support Senior Project Managers in executing EPC and equipment supply projects from contract to handover.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, finance, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, risk registers, safety plans, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve technical, commercial, or schedule issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for milestone delivery.
• Participate in site activities, commissioning, quality management, and customer communications.
• Progress to independent management of smaller projects after 6–8 months onboarding.

Requirements

• Business-level English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, physics, construction management, or related.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, engineering, construction, commissioning, or management, preferably in renewables/power/infrastructure.
• Understanding of project scheduling, risk management, budgeting, contract administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in matrixed international environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
