• Initiate and drive cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines
• Align conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs, including C-level
• Facilitate technical and procedural decision-making
• Establish and scale repeatable processes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams
• Strong technical background in software architecture, infrastructure, networking
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated coding ability, confirmed during interview
