Salary: EUR 84.000 - 136.000 annually (incl. holiday allowance)

What you will do

• Lead turnarounds from preparation to close-out, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and contractor alignment.
• Manage projects portfolio for on-time in-full execution, contributing to value engineering.
• Ensure HSE plans implementation for incident-free operations and full compliance.
• Drive functional excellence through standardized processes, best practices, and knowledge management.
• Coach and develop internal teams while managing external contractors.
• Build cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder networks.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
• BSc/MSc in engineering or similar with 10+ years in projects/turnarounds
• Experience managing turnaround budgets > €10M and/or projects > €5M
• Strong project, people, and change management experience
• Affinity with manufacturing/process industry (chemical, oil & gas, energy)
