What you will do

• Lead end-to-end outsourced equipment development projects from concept to final delivery.
• Translate stakeholder design inputs into detailed technical requirements for automated manufacturing.
• Manage external service providers to oversee design, build, and performance across the supply chain.
• Align internal stakeholders including R&D, operations, and procurement on technical and quality standards.
• Control project budgets, contracts, and cost optimization while driving supplier selection.
• Negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners to ensure project alignment and success.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex outsourced equipment or manufacturing projects.
• Strong track record in supplier management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Mastery of both Dutch and English languages.
