What you will do

• Drive implementation of improvements in cost efficiency and quality across parcel pick-ups, sorting, and last-mile delivery.
• Design and lead change projects within the Operational department for the Dutch and Belgium markets.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Group functions in Analytics and Product development on international initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide ad hoc insights to support various teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or an analytical project-driven role.
• Proven experience working with operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in transforming complex problems into actionable changes.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL).
• Ability to communicate complexity clearly and influence decision-making across the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Previous work experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
