What you will do

• Lead and execute priority digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and defined priorities.
• Drive change management activities to support adoption of new processes and tools across stakeholders.
• Manage assigned transformation workstreams from initial planning through to final delivery.
• Facilitate a culture of innovation by enabling experimentation and the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Track progress against milestones, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Support capability-building activities, including internal learning initiatives and professional events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives using emerging technologies to deliver business impact.
• Deep interest in the global K-12 education sector and knowledge of EdTech trends and innovations.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile project management, with a specific focus on Scrum.
• Experience delivering complex strategic initiatives within time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Ability to organize and influence diverse teams, including developers, educators, and product managers.
