What you will do

• Manage key technical relationships for new and existing account opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and present business-led value propositions to differentiate hirify.global solutions from the competition.
• Map business processes and KPIs to hirify.global solutions to build comprehensive ROI and business cases.
• Lead the creation and delivery of RFx responses and value statements.
• Design and deliver customer demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoC).
• Collaborate with Product Managers to provide feedback for potential product development.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience selling retail software in a sales, pre-sales, BA, or Solution Architect role.
• Bachelor's degree in computing, engineering, or a business-related field.
• Proven expertise in building value-based business cases for capex and opex IT investments.
• Strong retail customer network that can be leveraged to build a sales pipeline.
• Proficient understanding of Store, Omni-channel, Order Management, and CRM solutions.
• Experience selling effectively within a team environment.
