TL;DR

Sales Engineer (SaaS): Partnering with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies and close enterprise accounts with an accent on technical consulting and solution development. Focus on designing joint integration architectures, conducting value-driven proof-of-concepts, and influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Location: Must be based in the Americas (NAMER)

Salary: $213K – $344K OTE

What you will do

  • Consult with top product and engineering leaders to design automation workflows that achieve major business goals.
  • Drive revenue by positioning the platform through tailored solutions, customized demos, and value-driven proof-of-concepts.
  • Navigate complex, multi-party enterprise sales and design joint integration architectures with customer Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Product teams to gather customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping buyers understand how to integrate automation into their existing technical stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales at B2B SaaS companies or customer-facing technical consulting.
  • Proven success in closing six-figure software deals and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience implementing technical projects and advising on architectural best practices.
  • High proficiency in using AI tools as a core part of daily professional workflows.
  • Ability to deliver creative, scalable solutions in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Must be located within the NAMER region.
