What you will do

• Provide personalized customer service and create a welcoming environment for showroom guests.
• Manage product shipments from headquarters and external vendors, reconciling inventory in the computer system.
• Facilitate order fulfillment, including packaging materials and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Uphold luxury visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal updates.
• Coordinate appointments for pick-ups, resizing, and repairs.
• Assist walk-in clients by matching them with available sales representatives.

Requirements

• Robust customer service skills in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends.
