What you will do
- Manage the sales process from pitch to delivery, acting as the central point of contact for internal teams.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time in alignment with SLAs and resolve obstacles to avoid delays.
- Execute end-to-end campaign kick-offs, including asset gathering and alignment with digital teams on specs and timelines.
- Set up asset campaigns within the internal social advertising platform.
- Facilitate the Insertion Order (IO) process and ensure executed agreements are shared internally.
- Analyze reporting data and assemble wrap reports to identify key campaign takeaways and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in media, project, or account management.
- Proven experience with project management and creative problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in New York, NY.
