What you will do

• Lead the intake and definition of project scopes and staff plans, producing accurate top-down and bottom-up estimates.
• Manage project schedules, briefs, and financial documentation (OOP & fee) using Smartsheet and other PM tools.
• Direct the delivery of large, complex initiatives independently with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Finance and Account teams to ensure project profitability and accurate forecasting.
• Drive client discussions regarding project plans, expectations, goals, and budgets.
• Manage and mentor junior project managers in both project-based and career growth capacities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have work authorization for the USA (New York, DC, Austin, Houston, or Dallas).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience within an integrated marketing or PR agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and resolve conflicts effectively.
