What you will do
- Manage, grow, train, and lead a team of outbound SMB Account Executives.
- Achieve annual sales quotas, quarterly targets, and regional bookings through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing.
- Manage customer relationships across the full sales cycle, including forecasting and pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline and nurture business opportunities.
- Target key decision-makers, discuss HR tech needs, and network with influencers, consultants, and partners.
- Provide market feedback, competitive analysis, and support product development.
Requirements
- Based in London, UK and thrive in fast-paced hyper-growth startup environment.
- Proven success leading and managing Account Executives in SaaS, preferably HR tech.
- Experience as successful sales executive with MEDDPICC/value-based sales in high-velocity environment.
- Hunter and closer with negotiation skills, accurate forecasting, and hitting revenue targets.
- HR industry knowledge, ability to communicate platform value, and build high-performing teams.
- Analytical, strong communication, problem-solving, and team player mentality.
