What you will do

• Provide direct administrative support, including heavy scheduling, travel booking, and expense reporting.
• Communicate directly with brands, agencies, record labels, and promoters.
• Implement and track deal deliverables and key items for music clients.
• Manage contracts, leads, and deposits for partnership deals.
• Draft and organize creative materials such as one-sheets and pitch decks.
• Maintain working knowledge of the music industry and best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (On-Site).
• Experience within the music industry is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
