What you will do

• Develop and optimize business processes within WF Optics, incorporating best practices from other hirify.global factories.
• Conduct regular process adherence audits and notify management of reporting gaps and trends.
• Analyze quality statistics to identify trends and implement corrective actions for quality, cycle time, and yield.
• Provide data analysis for strategic long-term planning and production roadmaps, including budgeting for equipment and headcount.
• Collaborate with the Quality department to create infrastructure and process solutions for a first-time-right production environment.
• Partner with Operational Excellence and IT to facilitate information flow and escalate help requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math, Data/IT, or Business.
• 5+ years of work experience in a high-tech production environment.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to navigate ERP systems and informational databases.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the US Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).

• Certifications such as PMP or Lean.
