What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end field inspection activities, including gathering inputs and submitting requests.
• Schedule and manage inspections with field technicians, program managers, and external partners such as UL and CSA.
• Handle operational support tasks, including the creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and SOPs to enhance regulatory tracking and visibility.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with engineering and field services to manage prioritizations and respond to escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, coordination, or compliance roles.
• Experience within regulated or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and task management capabilities.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, or similar workflow tools.
• Location: Must be based in Franklin, TN or Jacksonville, FL
