What you will do

• Implement and manage operational plans for the launch and sustainable operation of new assay services.
• Coordinate verification and validation plans in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
• Manage scalable reagent production, quality control processes, and inventory.
• Oversee customer projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Lead and coach cross-functional project teams and operational staff.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and sales teams on service agreement execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Master’s or PhD strongly preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rockville, MD.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with immunoassay testing and/or development.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical background and understanding of immunoassay principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; MS Project experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Project management certification or completion of a recognized curriculum.
• Experience in a research or clinical-focused services organization.
• Experience in life science, GMP, or other regulated industries.
