What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions, including designing operating models and technical implementations.
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects for the Executive Committee across Product, Operations, and Compliance.
• Perform blockchain forensics, source-of-funds analyses, and crypto due diligence reports.
• Support commercial activities via RFPs/RFIs and operational priorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management within financial services/fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, custody, tokenization, and the digital asset ecosystem.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
