What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored implementation plans.
• Lead full implementation process from start to delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Work with development team to resolve technical issues and integrate with customer systems.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing updates and handling queries.
• Capture and log customer suggestions for new features.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication for native-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in technical implementation, project management, consulting, or software development.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
