What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored implementation plans.
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation processes for smooth delivery.
• Work with development team to adapt system to customer workflows and integrate with existing systems.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Capture and log customer suggestions for new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent project management skills for handling multiple projects.
• At least 2 years in technical implementation, project management, consulting, or software development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in German and English for working with native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
