What you will do
- Own and manage project schedules, deliverables, and the full software product life cycle.
- Identify project risks and develop creative mitigation and contingency plans.
- Standardize software development processes and tools to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize software experiences.
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating all agile ceremonies.
- Provide regular communication and status reports to stakeholders and business leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Project Management experience in the tech or consumer electronics industry.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with at least 1 year of active, hands-on Scrum practice.
- Solid understanding of the intersection between hardware, firmware, and application software.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AI can transform software development workflows.
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Location: Must be based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working specifically with firmware and hardware products.
- Prior professional experience as a software engineer in consumer product development.
