What you will do

• Own and manage project schedules, deliverables, and the full software product life cycle.
• Identify project risks and develop creative mitigation and contingency plans.
• Standardize software development processes and tools to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize software experiences.
• Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating all agile ceremonies.
• Provide regular communication and status reports to stakeholders and business leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Project Management experience in the tech or consumer electronics industry.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with at least 1 year of active, hands-on Scrum practice.
• Solid understanding of the intersection between hardware, firmware, and application software.
• Demonstrated understanding of how AI can transform software development workflows.
• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Location: Must be based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working specifically with firmware and hardware products.
• Prior professional experience as a software engineer in consumer product development.
