Senior IT/OT Project Manager – Security (IAM)

What you will do

• Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure projects for IT/OT domain separation.
• Implement global OT domain architecture aligned with enterprise security standards.
• Improve authentication, authorization governance, and centralized user account management in OT environments.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, reporting, and executive steering committees.
• Ensure alignment with IT security policies, GxP standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture, identity, security, and infrastructure domains
• Experience implementing OT domain environments, IAM integration, or directory services
• Knowledge of servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers, network security
• Experience in regulated environments like pharmaceutical, familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance
• Fluent in English and German
• PMP or Prince2 certification; Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
