Project Lead

TL;DR

Project Lead (Mobility Tech): Lead multiple projects from scope definition to launch in international setups with an accent on aligning objectives with company goals and product strategy. Focus on managing risks, timelines, budgets, and complex integrations with public transport partners.

Location: Switzerland, France, Belgium or remote EU. Willingness to travel up to 4–6 times per year for partner visits and events within Europe.

What you will do

• Lead projects from scope definition to successful launch in international environments.
• Align project objectives with company goals and product strategy.
• Propose solutions and prepare options for challenges and uncertainties.
• Establish communication structures across internal teams and external partners.
• Act as main contact between public transport partners and technical teams.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, manage risks, and ensure delivery in complex integrations.
• Foster long-term partner relationships with strategic guidance and support.
• Contribute to offers, tender responses, and sales support.

Requirements

• 4+ years project management in IT/technical environments, ideally certified (IPMA C, PMP, PRINCE2) with agile/hybrid experience (Scrum, Kanban).
• French (mother tongue) and business-proficient English (C1+). Bonus: Italian, Spanish, German or other languages.
• Experience in mobility tech/public transport, SDK integrations or mobile-app rollouts preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills for structure and multi-workstream management.
• Solution-oriented thinker for quick blocker assessment and decision support.
• Strong communicator bridging tech and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable with data: datasets, spreadsheets, basic Python/SQL.
• Experience with different cultures a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Hands-on scripting or BI skills (Python, dashboards) for reporting/analyses.
