What you will do

• Supervise the execution of the Preventive Maintenance plan for medium and high voltage equipment.
• Perform systematic failure, problem, and performance analysis to define corrective actions and improvements.
• Manage performance of direct reports, consistently applying CBA and annual reviews.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance cost budget while ensuring technical resource availability.
• Maintain technical documentation and information systems, specifically using SAP PM.
• Collaborate with the Engineering area on the research and startup of new equipment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in Medium and High Voltage maintenance.
• 8+ years of total experience in a maintenance environment.
• Post-secondary education in Electrical Trade (442a), Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environment safety procedures.

• Previous experience with SAP PM.
• Specialization in High/Medium voltage equipment within an industrial setting.
