What you will do

  • Manage and qualify high-volume inbound leads across ROW markets to ensure fast follow-up and strong conversion.
  • Own the early-stage sales process, from assessing business needs to routing prospects to the next stage.
  • Generate pipeline by engaging prospects through calls, email, and social channels, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to improve lead quality and inbound performance.
  • Support partner-related initiatives by handling and converting leads generated through partner activities.
  • Expand scope into broader business development activities as you grow within the role.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
  • Initial experience in Sales, Business Development, or a fast-paced client-facing role.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of inbound leads efficiently.
  • Confidence in holding structured business conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a proactive, curious approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
