What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new solutions and agency partners across EMEA and the US.
- Build joint value propositions with partners to drive mutual growth and customer success.
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through proactive business development.
- Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support active deals and pipeline generation.
- Maintain structured engagement with partners across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Partnerships or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of recruiting and scaling partners to generate new business.
- Experience building joint go-to-market plans and executing co-sell motions.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build long-term professional relationships.
- Ability to create structure and drive progress in fast-moving, undefined environments.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Nice to have
- Experience working with solutions and digital agency partners.
- Experience with cloud marketplaces, particularly AWS.
- Prior experience in the localization industry.
