Partnership Manager (SaaS): Scaling the partner ecosystem by recruiting and enabling solutions and agency partners with an accent on commercial impact and joint value. Focus on driving co-selling and co-marketing initiatives to generate pipeline and revenue in EMEA and US markets.

Location: Must reside and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom or Spain

What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new solutions and agency partners across EMEA and the US.
  • Build joint value propositions with partners to drive mutual growth and customer success.
  • Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through proactive business development.
  • Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support active deals and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain structured engagement with partners across sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Partnerships or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and scaling partners to generate new business.
  • Experience building joint go-to-market plans and executing co-sell motions.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Ability to create structure and drive progress in fast-moving, undefined environments.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with solutions and digital agency partners.
  • Experience with cloud marketplaces, particularly AWS.
  • Prior experience in the localization industry.
